Delivery and Returns
We want to ensure your satisfaction with every order. If for any reason you need to cancel your order, you have the flexibility to do so within 30 days from the date you receive your goods, and you are not required to provide a reason for the cancellation.
To initiate the cancellation process, please send us a written notification. If you have already received the goods, you must return them to our designated address at your own expense and responsibility. In the event that your order has already been processed for delivery, refrain from unpacking the received goods and return them to us at our specified address, again at your own cost and risk, as promptly as possible.
Upon notifying us of your order cancellation, we will promptly credit the sum charged to your credit card. This will occur within 30 days of your order date, provided that the returned goods are in the same condition as when they were delivered to you. If you do not return the goods or do not cover the delivery costs, we reserve the right to deduct the direct expenses incurred in retrieving the goods from the refunded amount. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we aim to make the return process as convenient as possible.
